About Funny Females and Friends*
Funny Females and Friends* started in Frankfurt in 2023 with the aim of creating a more inclusive comedy scene by empowering diverse voices. We create a fun, friendly space where FLINTA* comedians can perform stand-up in a supportive environment, try out new material, and discover their voice — while also welcoming selected non-FLINTA comedians who share our values.
*What’s FLINTA*? A German acronym for women, lesbian, intersex, non-binary, trans, and agender people — in short, everyone who is not a cis man.
